    Description

This is a beautifully detailed original Model 1902 Signal Corps Sergeant First Class chevron in excellent, unissued condition.
It has orange stripes trimmed in white silk chain stitching and an embroidered Signal Corps emblem on khaki twill.
The stitching is tight and strong, and there are no tears, holes or moth damage.
    This chevron measures 3
    ¼
    inches across.
These chevrons with the stripes in branch colors were only made for two years, as it was found that the colors did not hold up well to washing, and in 1904, stripes were switched to olive drab for all Army branches.
A great addition to your chevron collection!
